Confessions with cuttingedge

This isn't something Tess really wants to do at all let alone now. But Chloe knows now and she can't be trusted to keep her mouth shut. It's only a matter of time before it gets out and around the usual rumour mill and, well, for some reason Tess would prefer not to let it get to that point.

The Ace of Clubs is also not the best place to be on a Saturday night - and it's making her headache even worse - but there's little to be done about it. Tess doesn't pay the line any mind and barely glares at the bouncer at the door when he briefly attempts to question her before recognizing her and letting her pass.

Then she makes her way to the familiar office at the back of the building and waits. And tries her best to ignore the looks from the other members of security who seem to find her fat lip and bruised face reason to gawk.
