Because there's been some chatter about this lately.

Clark Kent - 23 years old as of "Icarus"
Originally 15 in "Pilot", Clark was de-aged a year in S4, probably because of the Alicia situation and giving them an easy reason to get out of the marriage. This means that his retconned age in "Pilot" is now 14 and his age has been consistent ever since. His 19th birthday was celebrated in "Oracle" and his 21st in "Apocalypse" with Lois taking him out for a beer because since he was "legal now." Clark's birthday is in very early May - either the 3rd, 4th or 5th of that month - and his birth year is given as 1987. This will make him 24 by the end of the series in May 2011.



Now. Aside from Clark (and to a degree Tess), we have no static ages or birthdays for the other characters as presented by the show. They do love their vague. But going by what has been shown the others are something like this:

Lois Lane - 25/26 years old as of "Icarus"
Originally, Lois was loosely indicated to be 21 when she arrived in S4. However, it seems by the episode "Exposed" in S5 they had de-aged her as well, as she's indicated as being underage, so she could only be 20 at the oldest and thus making her actually 19 when she arrived in S4 (which also makes sense given she had just graduated from high school and was starting College). So at this point, she is roughly two years older than Clark, but we don't know when her birthday is. She could either be 25 going on 26, or 26 going on 27.

Oliver Queen - 29/30/31 as of "Icarus"
He's definitely supposed to be around the same age as Lex, who was 21 in Pilot. However in "Reunion", Oliver's younger self appeared older than Lex, so it's possible Oliver may be a year older than Lex is. Regardless, Oliver is part of the older crowd of SV and could either be 29 going on 30, or 30 going on 31.

Tess Mercer - unknown as of "Icarus"
Oh, Tess. There's a screenshot from the episode "Turbulence" which specifically identifies Tess as being 30 in S8. Now, it's easy to say that means she should be 32 in S10, but with all the Luthor stuff that's come out... she can't be 32 because she's younger than Lex and he's only 30 in S10. So Tess is likely 29 as she was very likely born less than a year after Lex. We do, however, now know that her birthday is November 12.

As for the others? I don't care. Chloe and Pete are roughly a year older than Clark and Lana was the oldest of them all.
