"It can't. As much as sometimes you wish things didn't happen, or could be forgotten, they just can't. It's part of learning from your past." He shakes his head finally taking this chance to take a sip of his drink.
"I can see why you're upset. He just expects you to drop everything and entertain him. That's not right. Just because you're on good terms doesn't mean he can just come over when he's bored and hang out. Things like that need to be scheduled when things come to a point where they seemed to have come to with you guys." Which might seem a little extreme but it's true. One has to be prepared for that sort of thing. When you're not prepared you feel a little like deer in the headlights.
"Me? Well I didn't really do much of anything. I was trying to figure out this place. It's huge. I felt like peaking in each room but I didn't do that, it would have been rude, but I did wander the halls."
